Tasting
We will taste different specialty chocolates to appreciate their properties, all of this through our senses.
In this experience, it is essential to have dark chocolates because they have enough cacao to allow us to perceive the wonders that a cacao of origin imprints on a chocolate. Tasting also helps us to evaluate a chocolate and learn to describe it by its organoleptic characteristics.
Our palate is not usually accustomed to tasting and defining aromas and flavors, but we can respond to our flavors stored in our memory, linked to emotions and memories. Doing a dark chocolate tasting is part of that process, awakening our palate numbed by sugar. You will never look at chocolate in the same way again after this experience.

Absolutely loved this coffee place! It truly feels like home. What really stands out is the high-quality products—no sugar added—and the overall experience while sipping a nice cup of coffee.
The chocolate cake and muffins are delicious, and you can never go wrong with their arepas. You can truly taste the quality and care in every bite or sip of coffee.
The staff is incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. They take the time to make sure everything is just right, and that truly sets this place apart.

A fantastic easy place to relax by yourself with others. A nice light menu.
First time here. It is very pleasant. The mini Cafe is colorful and very clean. The staff are very professional and kind. Especially Miss Janet. She is absolutely the sweetest did an excellent job. We were served coffee and the jam refresher. Both were wonderful. This is a great place if you want a light sweet with high-quality ingredients. It was very peaceful and truly highlighted the mix between two different cultures and its beauty. 10/10 would recommend.
The service was amazing, when she realized it was our 1st time here, she really showed her expertise on the art of Colombian coffee and how to enjoy each beans flavor, and notes...the Empanadas, sorry didn't get a picture because we devoured them..so fresh and you can taste the love in them!!!! Definitely a place I would recommend for a nice meet up with friends...and I love the music in the background!!!
Lovely coffee place with Colombian decorations, Latin music and Colombian-sourced coffee. I suggest you buy a chicken Colombian Empanadas and dip it in the sauces they give you. The gourmet coffee was absolutely delicious and fresh. You can also find almond-flour bakery items and alternative milk. Great place to come for some coffee with family or friends. Not great for big groups but if you're 3-4 people, you're good to go. They also have a seating area for those with laptops in case you need to get some work done. I will definitely be back!
Acopio is absolutely amazing! We tried the avocado waffle, pumpkin muffin, and both the hot and iced pumpkin spice coffees, everything was delicious and made with such care. The flavors were fresh and perfectly balanced. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Acopio for both the food and the warm atmosphere!
Service was outstanding. Super friendly, helpful with the menu, and fun. Espresso drinks were next level good. Ambience is clean, quiet and very smartly decorated. The whole experience is a celebration of Columbian coffee, cocoa, food and people. This is my new favorite coffee shop - nothing else is close. We will be back for sure.
Heard great things about this spot and finally got a chance to visit. First off, we will definitely be back. The food here was immediately intriguing and was delicious. We got a cheese arepa and the chicken arepa. Both were extremely delicious and make me very excited to return. Unfortunately we came later in the day so we decided against a coffee, but I am highly anticipating the drinks here as everyone says it is great.
Came with my boyfriend for lunch and good coffee. Everything was delicious and amazing. Great staff and customer service, very clean and delicious food. Will definitely come back! 🥰

Hidden Gem! Great food, and of course coffee! Great variety or drinks, including protein options which makes my morning much more efficient. Will be back! Everyone is so polite, and patient. They took the time to explain the menu options, and recommend a good choice, as I wasn’t super familiar with Colombian cuisine.

Our experience at this new coffee shop was delightful. Carlos, the barista, was exceptionally welcoming and courteous. My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed the coffee and empanadas. I highly recommend this establishment. 🤩
We were visiting from out of state but this place will be a regular stop for us from now on. Being coffee roasters ourselves we can say they have great selection of Colombian coffee! Very knowledgeable and friendly baristas! Their food is delicious especially the coffee cake! Must try.

I’m visiting Florida and so wish I lived closer so I could come here all the time! I got Colombian pandebonos, and oh my gosh, they were perfect. Authentic and fresh, totally warm goodness. They serve up all Colombian coffee, as well, straight from the farms and also very fresh. I got the berry coffee for a treat because it sounded so unique, and it was also perfect. Made with homemade berry jam, espresso, and topped with housemade whipped cream and more berries. They don’t add more sugar than what’s already in the berries, so it’s not an overly sweet drink that takes away from the quality of the espresso - it’s great. My mom got a coffee milkshake and said it was really good, too! Before leaving we chatted with some of the owners, who were so welcoming and friendly. Just an overall good place! You’ll be happy if you go 🙂
What a great hidden spot to stop in for great coffee and food! Not only are they intentional with their ingredients but the flavor is great! They are a sugar free shop, using monk fruit as a sweetener. They have gluten free options and alternative milk. Colombian coffee and food. The ambiance was wonderful! Must stop in!

Seriously One of the best cafe in town. It has great cafe vibes, cleanliness, friendliness that Naples was missing. Coffee are top quality and rest of the food taste amazing. It has become our regular morning place for breakfast and coffee.
