Return & Refund Policy 

At acopio specialty coffee & cacao, we are committed to delivering high-quality products  and ensuring a transparent shopping experience for our customers. Please review our  return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase. 

Coffee Products 

Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee and the freshness standards we guarantee, all  coffee sales are final and not eligible for returns or refunds. 

However, if there is an issue with your order, such as: 

  • Receiving the wrong product 
  • Damaged items during shipping 
  • Missing items in your order 

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Our team will review your request and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund  depending on the situation. 

Merchandise (NonPerishable Products) 

Returns for merchandise items (such as apparel, accessories, or other non‑perishable  goods) are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided that: 

  • The item has not been used 
  • The item is in its original condition 
  • The item is returned in its original packaging 

To request a return, please email tellme@acopiocoffee.com and include: • Your order number 

  • Proof of purchase 
  • The reason for the return 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether the  return has been approved or rejected. 

Equipment (ThirdParty Products) 

For equipment or products manufactured by third‑party brands (such as brewing devices  or accessories), returns and refunds are subject to the manufacturer’s original return policy.

If you experience an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at  tellme@acopiocoffee.com and our team will assist you with the process. 

Return Shipping Costs 

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return: 

  • If the return is due to an error from acopio specialty coffee and cacao (wrong item,  damaged product, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. 
  • If the return is due to a change of mind by the customer, the customer is responsible for  the return shipping costs. 

Refund Processing 

Once a return is approved and the product has been received and inspected, refunds will be  processed. 

Refunds typically take approximately 2–3 business days to be issued, depending on the  customer’s banking institution. 

Refund Method 

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase, such  as: 

  • Credit card 
  • Debit card 
  • Bank account 

Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution. 

Exchanges 

Exchanges are only available if the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Photos of the product 
  • Description of the issue
